You Break Through

This office is in the same group as my normal office, which is also great. I had an emergency that ended up in an extraction today and they were able to get me in when my normal office was not. Well, after my experience today I will be moving to this office. I was treated so well, Dr. J was professional, kind, and gentle. Again, my current office, it's me, not you. :) What impressed me the most though was the staff. They were happy to be there. Cheerful to everyone, including each other. During my procedure something happened that a lot of doctors would have been short or curt with an employee about. Dr. J. used it as a teaching moment and was patient and actually laughed when it happened. It was really lovely to see. I never thought I would say having a tooth extracted was a really great experience, but here we are. The entire group was just really pleasant... for a dentist office.

By far the best dentist office i’ve ever been to! Great customer service and they seem to genuinely care about your dental health! From the time I arrived until my procedure was done I felt cared for and welcomed! Shout out to Dr. Mallishery, Hailey and Michelle for a great and prompt experience! I will DEFINITELY always come here for my dental issues.
